Overview
This site uses no tracking, no analytics and no advertising cookies. We only process the data needed to deliver the site and to answer your request.
Delivery through Cloudflare
The site runs on our own server in Germany and is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and reliable operation). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place.
Server logs
When you visit, our server briefly stores technical log data (time, address requested, status code, browser identifier, IP address) to find errors and fend off abuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). It is deleted after 30 days at the latest.
Cookies
We only set technically necessary cookies: the language you chose (one year) and a protection token for the request form (until you close the browser). No consent is required for these (§ 25 (2) TDDDG).
Request form
If you send us a project request, we process your name, e-mail address, organisation, message, budget and timeframe, and your IP address to fend off abuse. The purpose is to answer your request and possibly to prepare a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We are notified of your request by e-mail. The data is deleted once the request is settled, at the latest after twelve months, unless statutory retention periods apply.
